Aces Chateau is a five-storey residential building located in JVC District 11, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Developed by Rijas Aces Property through its subsidiary Aces Property Ltd, the project was completed in June 2019. The building features a total of 50 units, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as luxury penthouses with private pools. Inspired by French Renaissance architecture, Aces Chateau offers elegant, plush interiors and a refined living experience. The project was valued at AED 21.5 million and designed by High Art Engineering Consultants. It also includes amenities such as two convenience stores for residents. The master development of the area is overseen by Nakheel.
